You retain full ownership of the business data you bring to the Service (including reservation data, customer records, and advertising data). We do not sell, share, or use your data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you. We process your data solely on your behalf as a data processor.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections 3, 4, and 8 survive termination.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocketing Dashboard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
